Mechanical Aeration

FORCE 7.2

The Force 7.2 is a submersible aspiration aerator which oxygenates by drawing in and dispersing air at depth, in the form of micronised bubbles.

The Force 7.2 is a compact, robust, but lightweight, easily handled aeration device with unrivalled performance characteristics. Being submersible in design, the unit can be positioned at depths of up to 15.0 metres below the water surface via the use of extension snorkels. The Force 7.2 can also be configured to mitigate stratification of water bodies by creating influencing currents at the surface or at depth, by pivoting the motor axis up to 35º above and below horizontal for specific applications.

Component Construction:

Central Motor Housing: Marine Brass
Propeller: Reinforced Plastic

Force 7.2 Service Schedule

The Acqua & Co. FORCE 7.2 Submersible Aspiration Aerator is a high efficiency machine designed to allow continuous operation in outdoor ponds and lakes. Due to its short motor shaft design and effective sealing arrangement, the FORCE 7.2 has a low maintenance requirement.

However, it is important to provide effective preventative maintenance to ensure a long life from the aerator. It is recommended that an inspection of the primary seal is performed yearly, with inspection of the secondary seal and bearings performed every two years. It is recommended that the maintenance schedule provided be followed to ensure effective management of your asset.

Stormix

stormix-3-0

The STORMIX 5.0 is a submersible aspiration aerator which oxygenates by drawing in and dispersing air at depth in the form of micronised bubbles.

Being submersible in design, the motor unit can be positioned at depths of up to 3.0 metres below the water surface, via the use of extension snorkels. The STORMIX 5.0 can also be configured to mitigate stratification of water bodies by creating influencing currents at the surface or at depth, by pivoting the motor axis up to 35º above and below horizontal for specific applications.

Component Construction:

Central Motor Housing: stainless steel
Front & Rear Motor Flanges: cast iron or marine-grade brass
Propeller: marine-grade brass

Standard supply of the STORMIX 5.0 is with an Australian-sourced frame (SS304) and float configuration. Supply can also be arranged for a completely submerged static installation, mounted on a structure or concrete slab or on a specifically-designed static rail and winch system as the application dictates.
