A1. With office locations in both Brisbane and Melbourne, field representatives within New South Wales, South Australia & Victoria, as well as an extensive dealer/distribution network, BioRemedy is able to provide access to products and services throughout Australia.

Q2. Where is the Acqua & Co. range of aeration and circulation manufactured?

A2. Acqua & Co. is an Italian-based manufacturer, located in Reggio Emilia, in the north of Italy.

Q3. Can I see examples of Acqua & Co. unit installations?

A3. Units have be installed throughout Australia - contact BioRemedy to establish a local example.

Q4. I have a water-based issue at my property but I'm not sure where to turn - can you help?

A4. BioRemedy has an extensive network of contacts with regard to water-related solutions providers - if we can't help you, we'll attempt to provide the most appropriate referral to someone who can.

Q5. I have a growth of algae on my lake - what's the best remedy?

A5. Short-term, one of the algicides (Cupricide or Kupramine), long-term, you should consider aeration and/or circulation to improve the water quality.

Q6. I have duckweed on my lake - can you help me fix this issue?

A6. WaterClear, a readily-biodegradable, citrus-based solution, is a ideal control agent for Duckweed, Red Azolla and Salvinia (available in 500-mL and 20-L lots).

Q7. One of the components of my aerator is damaged - can you supply spare parts?

A7. BioRemedy supports the Acqua & Co. range in Australia, with stock of all components readily available.

Q8. How will my order be delivered?

A8. BioRemedy primarily engages Star Track Express for our freight services - goods can be delivered to a nominated site, or held at a Star Track Express depot for collection.

Q9. Can BioRemedy provide installation services?

A9. BioRemedy is best-placed for installation of units as we have a wealth of field-based experience - contact BioRemedy to discuss options for installation.
